Our founder and owner, Jonathan Timm, BCBA(R), was born and raised in Northern Michigan and lives here today. At North Arrow, we understand the unique needs and challenges of our Michigan clients and employees. We aren't running the business from another state, and the clinicians are in charge. In fact, we're owned by the employees as part of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Employee-Owner Model
All licensed behavior analysts at North Arrow are offered the opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving them a seat at the table in determining the company’s future direction, as well as the potential to be part of the company's financial success. In fact, eligible employees are issued shares of the company's stock each year, at no cost to the employee! We are transparent in sharing the good and the bad as we manage and responsibly grow the business.
